Le restaurant, carré, sans fenêtres, est traversé en diagonale, par des colonnes dont certaines sont porteuses et en béton et d’autres recouvrent les gaines de climatisation.
Leur présence ne retirent rien à la convivialité du lieu.
En haut des colonnes, des cylindres en inox poli comme du miroir reflètent en anamorphose les peintures de Cariatides du plafond réalisées par D. Durand. L’image de ces personnages complètement déformées, à la limite de I’abstrait, sont restituées dans leurs vraies proportions par les cylindres.
The square restaurant without windows has a diagonal line of columns that manage not to interfere with the convivial atmosphere of the place. Some are load bearing, others carry service cables.
On the top of the columns, polished inox cylinders reflect in anamorphosis the ceiling paintings of Caryatides by D. Durand
